New advisors start at 70% commission with the ability to grow quickly — up to 85% based on performance. Experienced advisors may qualify for a higher starting tier right away. We believe effort should always equal reward.

Exclusive Growth Incentive: We are invested in your kickoff. Once you book your first 3 trips, you will receive half of your yearly fee right back in your pocket.

Once you meet the booking threshold ($50,000 in booked travel), you’ll earn your CLIA card — a credential that reflects professionalism and credibility. We uphold this standard across the agency to ensure our team’s reputation remains strong and respected.

We keep things simple and transparent:

• No activation fees
• No minimum sales quotas

Optional Extras (available if and when you want them):

• Proposal & itinerary software to enhance your toolkit through Canva for $20, one-time fee
• State of Florida Seller of Travel registration — required only if you sell to Florida residents; a nominal annual fee applies (FL Law)

We believe in full transparency — every fee and optional cost is discussed before your contract is issued, so you can make informed decisions as you build your business.

Our application process is selective by design. We’re looking for advisors who share our values — professionalism, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping families and couples make lifelong memories.

• At least 3 visits to ONE or more of the following places in the last 5 years (it can be a combination as well):

  • Disneyland
  • Disney Cruise Line
  • Universal
  • Sandals/Beaches
  • Any cruise (Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, Virgin, Princess, etc)
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Sales experience
• Comfortable with learning new technologies and booking systems
• Active user of social media (minimum use of at least one platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or a blog)
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• Willingness to build your sales and client base
• Positive customer service skills
