As a travel agent at the Way of Magic Travel Company you will have the opportunity to curate magical vacations for your clients, no matter where their dreams take them in the world. Your role will involve working closely with each client to understand their preferences and budget, ensuring a personalized and unforgettable experience. From making dining reservations to arranging activities and accommodations, you will go above and beyond to create the perfect vacation for your clients.

Additionally, you will keep a close eye on vacation package pricing, ensuring that your clients receive the best deals and inclusions available. Our most successful travel agents possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a self-motivated drive. As you will be responsible for developing your own client base, consistency and dedication in your work efforts are crucial.

At The Way of Magic Travel, you have the flexibility to determine your own hours, whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, all from the comfort of your own home. Here at The Way of Magic Travel Company, there is no sale minimum which means you can help book one vacation or hundreds each year, allowing you the freedom to focus on providing exceptional service to your clients. You should be prepared to be available for your guests while they are traveling, ready to assist them in case of any unexpected challenges.

Our desired qualifications are:

• At least 1 visit to Walt Disney World or Universal in the last 3 years 
• Well-developed knowledge of Disney Destinations, Universal Resorts, Sandals / Beaches, and Royal Caribbean
• ​Self-motivated and well-organized
• Comfortable with learning new technologies and booking systems​
• ​Active user of social media (minimum use of at least one platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or blog)
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• ​Willingness to build your sales and client base
• Positive customer service skills
